How can I return my order?

If you wish to return a book or journal (this does not apply to digital products or journals and books that are part of an active subscription), please complete the return form below or contact our Customer Service team.

Please include the completed return form with your return shipment.

Is returning an item free of charge?

The shipping costs for returning items are not reimbursed. Return shipments are the responsibility and risk of the customer. This means that we are not liable for any damage to or loss of returned items during transit. We therefore recommend that you always request a tracking number from the carrier and keep it for your records.

When will I receive my refund?

The full purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received and confirmed your return request, unless we have not yet received the returned product.

What are the return conditions?

A return shipment must meet the following conditions:

You may return an item within 14 days. This period starts on the day after you receive your order. If you ordered multiple items in a single order, you may return them up to 14 days after receiving the final item. The item must be returned in its original condition and in suitable packaging.

I received a damaged product

If you have a complaint about a delivered product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. If you have received a damaged item, we will provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible, such as a replacement or a refund.
